This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you can cancel or seek a refund for services purchased through Unikrish Technologies Pvt. Ltd., d/b/a Udooh. The same is subject to amendments and changes from time to time which shall be duly notified.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of purchasing the service. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if significant progress has been made in delivering the service. This includes, but is not limited to, the initiation of promotion content creation, planning of any media shoots, or commencement of screen installation. Once any of these stages are underway, cancellations will no longer be permitted, as the service has entered into an active phase of execution.

Non-Cancellable Services

Certain services are non-cancellable, including those involving third-party partnerships, custom installations, or tailored promotional campaigns. However, if a service is found to be defective or non-functional upon initial setup, the issue must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days. Upon verification, Udooh.com will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Defective Devices

Any damaged or defective digital signage screens or other hardware provided by Udooh.com must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours of installation. Failure to report within this period will result in the merchant assuming full responsibility for the condition of the hardware. Udooh.com will assess the situation and, if the claim is valid, arrange for a replacement or repair. After the 24-hour window, Udooh.com is not liable for damages, and the merchant will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs.

Refund Processing

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 days of approval. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are only issued under certain circumstances and are at the sole discretion of Udooh.com.

Complaints and Discrepancies

If you believe that the service provided does not align with your expectations or is not as described, you must notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the service. Udooh.com will review your claim and take appropriate action based on the nature of the complaint.

Third-Party Products and Services

For products or services offered through third-party vendors on Udooh.com (such as partner brands or advertising solutions), any issues related to warranties or product defects must be directed to the relevant service provider or manufacturer.
